1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pinay77 ("pinay77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pinay77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at pinay77.org and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on pinay77, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the pinay77 platform regardless of how they access it.

pinay77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pinay77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is illegal.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pinay77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pinay77 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

pinay77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at pinay77's discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on pinay77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. pinay77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify pinay77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pinay77 may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, and driver's license issued by the LTO.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pinay77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

pinay77 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Deposits are credited to your pinay77 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pinay77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. pinay77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

pinay77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any taxes applicable to their winnings under Philippine law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pinay77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pinay77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on pinay77 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

pinay77 uses certified systems to ensure fair and random game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pinay77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. pinay77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

All game results are final once confirmed by the pinay77 system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pinay77 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or match-fixing.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the pinay77 platform.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pinay77 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that pinay77 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players or platform staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pinay77 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the property of pinay77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pinay77 platform without prior written consent from pinay77.

9. Privacy & Data

pinay77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pinay77 platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinay77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

pinay77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pinay77's negligence.

The pinay77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pinay77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of any information displayed.

11. Account Termination

pinay77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Amendments

pinay77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pinay77 will endeavor to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the pinay77 platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
